REVOLUTION
went for Revolution band prac today(:its like church jc cluster band that's like slowly building up(:
n today was like really enriching. n i think everyone felt that it was a good session.
so went to kranji at 945 to meet up with Edwin n George was there as well.
so 2 of us were like pretty on time while the rest came at 11! haha cant blame them la. cox they stay like a continent away.
n while waiting for them i played w edwin's DOG!
LIKE SO CUTEEEEEE
its a golden retriever called poofy!(: such a sweet, gentle n non-barking dog! haha
n its fur's like dam smooth n golden. <3 style="color: rgb(255, 255, 153);">wht we're doing here.
they shared something like
dont be a christian who is so caught up in work n everything n forgot abt the Cross.
n to me i realised, i do.
i can forget the Cross sometimes, i can put things above God too.
so my love for Him is so inconsistent. but i have to rmb that, He loves us under all circumstances.
its always abt His love for us n not the other way round.
n also to avoid being a christian, whose thoughts matured with more knowledge, who asks for more than just God's love. who always asks for 'knowledge above knowledge of His love'.
but the whole idea is revolved around His love. n His love is more than enough.
everything He did for us, is because He loves us.
we dont need powerful revelations to keep going.
we just need to rmb the simplicity of all these n the underlying Truth: God's tremendous love for us. which is all shown on the Cross.
it is really a great blessing to be with the band today.
other than the fact tht singing n practising was fun, i feel like I should be here.
i felt like God brought me here to help build this platform.
tho i may not have the best capability, He placed me here.
n the same goes for the rest of the band.
its a different experience, because we're doing something for a bigger cause, n for God.
n its like a fellowship as well.
because we play tgt, help each other out, correct one another, work things out.
n i can feel the love in this band. the vibe, the energy, the common love for God.
im really thankful to God for this band.
i mean although i haven been able to make it for alot of sessions, they are always so willing to help n guide me.
i did go today this morning, with a lil fear that i cant do well because i havent been practising. havent been singing much.
but somehow tht lil fear was quelled by God's voice. tht i shud just commit everything in His hands n try my best today.
n im more than thankful for everything today.(:

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmim kinda sick of myself being so nua.
in the sense tht i told myself i would study n do work in the morn (free periods)

o yeah i think i was kinda looking forward to Physics AP prep today

DO UNTIL SO TIRED. hahaha
n i never felt so hopeless for a phy paper before.
like my brain kinda released all the concepts i had long ago.

but yay im glad we're under him again.
he's like really steady n firm la.
n tho he's like abit hardened on the outside, he's really nice n caring(:
rmbed all the encouragement he gave me.

oh yeah english today was not bad.
speeches as usual.
but technical speeches are...like technical.
not say VERYVERY interesting la. its not personal, not amazing. not tht uplifting.
but anyway i think nat did a good job.

started off running 2 rounds around lane 8. n ANYONE behind yeelyn shall be punished.
AND THT YEELYN AR. hahaha pian pian run so fast ahead suddenly.

actually was glad i came to nushigh cox i managed to revive my passion for netball.
n now im like totally in it.
n its like this passion pushed me not to give up when i wanted to sometimes.
its fuel for everything we need to contribute.
o thank God.
cant wait for trng on sat :D tho i would prob miss church's structured activity. :/
BUT i really want to train. i just cant wait to get on court n train.

BACK TO SCHOOL
o wellllllllllllllllllllllll.back to sch huh.
sure missed my hols(: which was sooo refreshing n fun!
just met up w old frens, went out, movies. (:
anyway today started off with chem lab.
OKAYYY.
was dam scared when Mr Gerald was giving back our prac tests.
i was like 'oh God pleaseeeee dont gimme a bad grade'
i mean i wouldnt know wht the tcher would penalise me for.
since i accidentally squirted some hot water infront of him for tht prac test?!
nvr ever tilt the dropper upside down :/
so ANYWAY
was like praying HAHA.
n THANK GOD i got a decent grade(: not bad for me haha.
woooo!
so chem lab was as usual. trying to prepare some compound.
anyway me n steph ended up talking abt wht we're gna study in uni.
what a huge question mark for me.
design, science, biomed, psychology, forensic science etc.
need to decide soon.

math was alright haha. mr Lim's always nice as usual.
he's really friendly la.

TIRING
hahaha WAH dam tired today. but fun la(:KAY went out at like 10ish to meet dear maymay! HAHA

TUES:went out with nanhua npcc squadmates! SO FUN:D
gotta say i was a lil nervous cox i havent seen them in a looooooooooooong time
tho i always missed my squad(: all those trngs we been tho n stuff

let work not be a chore, but something to accomplish with His Strength.
n this journey shall be a fruitful n meaningful one,

today was... haha. jm did an unbelievable yet possible DARE!!!! WHOOTS! O.O we were all sooooo amazed by her luh. HAHA. we didnt know that she is so desperate to get the CJ7. erm. i shall leave it to her to elaborate more on it. SO people. if you see her in school or anywhere, pls ask her more about it yeah!!! bombard her with questions!!! haha. it was total embarrassment. =.='
haha. and yes. jm and elaine came to visit me at my workplace today. it was like... OKAY!!! kept laughing at me ok!! and they threatened to complain to my manager on how i serve the customers. BUT i am so lovable ok!!! so SHEEEEH!!!! dont say anything!!! ((: haha. then they dragged me all the way to amk hub. seeee!!! how evil can they be!! hehe

like srsly. i went this morn with a mindset : i shall be open minded to learn whtever i can.
n theres srsly nothing inspiring abt this workshop.
i mean not like im a dam pro leader who knows everything.
but everything they say is very very basic.
how do we learn beyond? if its always always:
work as a team
communicate
have a goal
.
.
.
but the thing is we need like some help w how to go about solving some kind of realistic problems.
i mean...
sighhhhhhhh.
n like sometimes we can share n talk, but we dont gain anything out of it because it wasnt well-facilitated, n it wasnt very constructive. like problems pile pile pile.
but solutions? someone guide us?
but i guess ive learnt to not make the same mistakes as the workshop did.
BUT one thing i really took home
was abt pushing ur limits when they showed us a 'facing the giants' extract.
n i was like..really moved by it?

then was telling elaine tht i think they shud just show us the movie n tht's all.
haha so after tht me, elaine, cheryl lit went to canteen. then we waited for elaine (HAIYO :D) to batheeee cox she's gng to eat w her parents at a hotel :O

refresh
everytime the word 'nationals' come into place i would feel a tinge of sadness la.but its been decided.
actually i decided to stop pushing.
on thurs.
n it was one of those decisions that was like already made for u but u just didnt wanna follow.
n it was like so many stages we had to pass.
but its ok(: somehow i know we will get something out of whtever we have.
n it really is time to move on.

im starting to dread gng to the doc.
i think i have mild stomach flu. like MILD.
but its been giving me pains n stuff. so yea mum said better go see doc.
but i really dislike waiting for my turn k.

need some life(:
training really adds life to my sch life.like srsly.
when i woke up n i was like 'oh yeah, no trng today, dont have to pack towel etc'
but no matter wht i'll still bring my ankleguards cox i always end up playing bball or some random netball haha.
but i think i really miss it haha.
im not like crazy or anything la. but its just tht i really love the sport. n a few of us too(:
n sometimes when ppl dont understand,
especially when they're higher-ups,
when they're making decisions for us,
when they make assumptions,
it really breaks my heart.
o well. shant be brooding over it(: we'll still be trying.
but we are losing grip of it.
im like just watching them pull it out between my fingers.
n i cant do much abt it.
anyway today's english speech was not bad HAHA I GUESS.
i think its really fun to be all stupid n carefree in our speeches.
i mean, we just like to enjoy ourselves while we do whtever we need to.

something happened today.which made me really wanna ____
(not die or anything =.=)
felt like a dream was crushed or sumthing.
it really meant alot to me.
but i dwelled on what i heard during ytd's sermon.
we need to be christians who just hop onto God's train and just never get off.
never hop off to another, dont doubt.
no matter how unpleasant the situations may be,
just never get off.
n somehow i just believe, tht it can still happen for us.
God is so much bigger than whoever's standing in the way.
n no matter what, we need to just trust in Him
its no longer our effort.
its all by His Strength now.
faith will come when we hear His Word.
n He will deliver us thru all these.
n to you who dared to spout utter trash, tho it may be true, it just shows me how insecure, n how immature you really are. all the foul things u say really just reflects on your level of thinking. tsk. wonder how long it'll take for u to mature. maybe we shouldnt even wait. n to you,who thinks the one who said all tht, is so cool and worth idolizing, same goes to you.maybe cox you always stick by the books so you dont see that the world is bigger than whtever you read. so dont try to come n say things that just show how unworldy you are.
im prob not even mad. i just feel like giving yall my advice.maybe you can try to grow up.
